Every TLImobile engagement garners input from software architects, business strategists and designers to collaborate with our clients to build high performing applications and sites.

Every project begins with a discussion on goals, strategy and best practices that can be brought to bear before we get started. Included in every engagement is a session with key client side business leads and the TLImobile team to establish the direction the development is going to take. The session could be a short meeting to understand and execute on your specifications or several days long as we work with you to develop direction and overall Mobile strategy.

Prototyping

Once we understand your direction we will build a mock up or prototype to take that direction and start turning it into a visual representation of what the final application or site will look like. The wire frame or prototype will then be presented to you for your feedback before we put the project into development.

Complete Transparency

Once we move into development, we will arrange weekly meetings to update you on progress and to share key deliverables. All communication and documentation will be stored in our online repository for easy reference during development. TLImobile utilizes the Agile Mobile Development methodology for our development. This entails regular client feedback and continuous bug checking as part of the process. The Agile methodology allows TLImobile to deliver your project more quickly then anyone in the industry while ensuring that the highest level of quality is maintained.

After development is complete, TLImobile will assist you in submitting your application to the appropriate market.
